quality, number of speakers and project type.
We base our transcription rates per audio minute. You will always
know exactly how much your project will cost before agreeing to our
services. Word processing
rates are billed at $30 per work hour. Scoping and editing rates
vary depending on the depth of services required.

Payment is required within 10 business days of the project's
completion. All invoices paid after 10 business days are subject to
additional late fees of 25 percent of the project's fee.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We also accept
business checks, money orders and cashier's checks. No personal
